About Us

EO Koch Construction was formed in 1985 by Ed Koch. The company started as a subsidiary of EO Koch Oil Company. In the 1980's EO Koch Oil Company was expanding throughout central and south Florida. As a result, the need for a full line construction company was realized. EO Koch Oil Company had the best construction personnel in Florida inspecting the construction of Retail and Industrial Oil endeavors. Ed Koch put these individuals to work for the Construction Company. EO Koch Construction built hundreds of Fuel Farms, Service Plaza's, and industrial Petroleum Projects throughout the 1980's and 1990's. Expanding the operations, EO Koch Construction began developing subdivisions, commercial plazas and working for Federal, State, and Local Government Agencies. EO Koch Construction is respected by Building Officials, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Business Leaders of Central Florida, for being professional, courteous, and honest.

The recent economic depression has strained many construction companies and limited their financial capacity. EO Koch Construction has been able to show positive growth in revenue and volume throughout the last 4 years. We attribute this to the hard work of all EO Koch Employees and the principals that formed the business; character, integrity, honesty, commitment, and quality.
