Ridge Seventh Day Adventist Church - Avon Park, FL

EO Koch Construction worked with the building committee of the Ridge 7th Day Adventist Church to design and build a sanctuary that met the budget and the functional needs of the congregation. Design Phase included coordination of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Architectural plans and permits. Construction consisted of a 16,000 sq. ft. Metal Building with exterior block walls and tie beams. Custom exterior stucco finish at the entry, drywall over metal framed walls on the interior. Special features included an automated and integrated security, sound, Air Conditioning, and Lighting Control system, custom mosaic tile with the 7th Day Logo, and Cathedral Ceilings in the Sanctuary.
