Zolfo Springs Fire / Police Station

EO Koch Construction was awarded a contract to build this project as a General Contractor. The project consisted of CMU exterior walls and tie beams, light gauge steel trusses, Metal Roofing, Metal stud interior walls with Drywall. Finishes included VCT Flooring, Struck Block Exterior Walls, Ceramic Wall and Floor Tile in the Bathrooms, and custom made highly durable cabinets. Special features for this project included bullet proof glass windows in the lobby, explosion proof armory vault, and a CCTV security system w/ authorized entry functions.
