Testimonials

It was nice working with your staff over the last few months during the construction of our new Sebring Branch. In particular, I had the pleasure of working with Jackie and Ben Tillman, and immediately felt at ease with their style of getting things done. Ben kept us updated and involved with any issues that arose and he worked very hard to keep us on track. Ben met with us frequently to give us progress reports and assisted us with many decisions that needed to be made throughout the construction period.
We are happy to be in our new location in Sebring and have received many positive comments from the community. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience with Koch Construction. It was good working with Koch Construction and we appreciated that you delivered what you promised for the cost and the time frame that was quoted.

On behalf of Ridge Area Arc, we would like to convey our thanks and appreciation to the employees of E. O. Koch Construction for the wonderful job they did while working on the expansion of the Ridge Industries building. While at Ridge Area Arc, your employees continuously demonstrated patience and understanding to the clients that attempted to "assist" them from time to time. Their interaction with the individuals we serve was very professional and courteous. We hope that you will pass on a very special thank you to Joe, Mike, Julio and all of your staff involved with this project. They all performed well above the normal standards, and for this we are truly grateful.

E. O. Koch Construction Co. has completed a major renovation of our kitchen and fellowship hall. The kitchen and hall were gutted and rebuilt, re-plumbed, rewired, new tile and ceiling, painted, new light fixtures and other miscellaneous details.
Working with Mike DiPrima, Clarence Polston and their team headed by Brian has been a pleasure.
When we have work to be done in the future, we would not hesitate to call them.

Kathy Lenz, Kitchen Committee Chair, Trinity United Methodist Church

Please use this as a reference letter for E. O. Koch Construction Company. They are currently constructing a new branch in the Sun-N-Lake area and a 4,000 square foot addition to our main office. They have also built four other branch offices for us. All work has been done in a very satisfactory manner.

John C. Shoop, President, Highlands Independent Bank

E. O. Koch Construction recently completed a construction project for our company. They completed this project in the time frame they originally laid out for us and within the cost originally bid for this project. It was a pleasure doing business with them from their management and office staff to their workers actually getting the job done.
During the past several years I have had the opportunity to work with several professional contractors because of our hurricane damage from 2004 and 2005. I can say that the quality of E. O. Koch Construction's work is far superior to the work I received from other contractors. I found the company to be honest and trustworthy and their workers to be hardworking and master craftsman in their work.
I would highly recommend E. O. Koch Construction for any construction project

This letter is to express my thanks and appreciation for our wonderful new Thrift Store. Three words come to mind when I think about our relationship during the past four months of construction: efficiency, professionalism and trust. While efficiency and professionalism can be learned, trust has to be earned, our your company can boast of all three qualities.
Mike DiPrima had a personal stake in this project because he is a member of St. Francis, and I had no doubt that the job would be done well and we would be pleased with the outcome. But I was especially impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, from top to bottom. Aaron did an impressive job from overseeing to digging in the dirt with the crew to extend our irrigation system, which was over and above what was expected. He did it simply because I asked him to. Joe and Rick were here throughout the project and they were both professional and efficient in all that they had to do. I had interactions with many of the subcontractors - roofers, the electricians, the plumber, just to name a few - and they always had time to answer questions in a way that I understood. And if any problems occurred, either Mike or Aaron took care of them in a timely fashion.
When I envisioned the concept of this building, I told Mike what I wanted and how much money we had. He put my vision on paper, added things that I had forgotten, and got us what we wanted with the most "bang for the buck". Our parishioners are so proud and I couldn't be happier with the finished project. While the Thrift Store will provide a small income for the church, it will be a wonderful source of outreach to the community.
The St. Francis Church family thanks you for making our dream a reality.

Reverend Elizabeth L. Myers, St. Francis of Assisi Episcopal Church

I am the Assistant Chair of the Ridge Area Seventh-day Adventist Church Building Committee and am writing to tell you of our experience with E. O. Koch Construction and Mr. Michael Di Prima.
We first became acquainted with Koch Construction about 4 years ago when we were making plans to build a new 15,000 square foot church. After extensive discussions we signed a contract with them in July of 2007.
Construction was completed earlier this year and we are now, happily, meeting in our new church.
I attended just about every meeting with Koch and participated in all of the discussions and negotiations. In addition, I was the primary liaison with Koch and the construction team. During all of this time, I found Mike Di Prima and Koch Construction to be extremely helpful, informative, knowledgeable, cooperative, patient, flexible, and professional.
Mr. Di Prima and his staff met with us, and our entire church, on a regular basis. They answered all of questions, made numerous suggestions that improved our building, and celebrated with us at our "ground-breaking" and "opening day" services.
We are very pleased with the Company, Mike Di Prima and his staff, the quality of their work and our relationship. When we are ready to construct another building, we will definitely contact Koch Construction.

Herbert R. Doggette, Jr., Assistant Chair-Building Committee, Ridge Area Seventh-Day Adventist Church

E. O. Koch Construction has recently completed the above referenced project (Design Build of Fuel Farm Project) at Sebring Regional Airport. The project implementation was successfully completed on time and within budget.
The staff of E. O. Koch Construction was competent in the execution of their professional duties and a pleasure to work with as well.

Mike Willingham, Executive Director, Sebring Regional Airport

In regards to the Police/Fire Department building that was constructed by E. O. Koch Construction, the Town of Zolfo Springs is very satisfied. The project supervisor was very professional, and easy to work with. E. O. Koch kept us up to date and informed of the project progress with weekly meetings and met all contract dates.

Linda Roberson, Town Manager, Town of Zolfo Springs

It is my pleasure to provide a reference for E. O. Koch Construction. Logis-Tech, inc. (LTi) has had an excellent business relationship with E. O. Koch Construction since they first installed controlled humidity protection (CHP) shelters at Fort Myers, Ft. Pierce and West Palm Beach, Florida in CY2002 in support of the Florida Army National Guard's (FLARNG) CHP program. Since CY2002 E. O. Koch Construction has completed CHP projects for LTi in the cities of Melbourne and St. Petersburg, Florida and most recently the CHP conversion of a tension fabric structure for the Army Strategic Logistics Activity Charleston (ASLAC) in Goose Creek, South Carolina. All told over the last eight years LTi has contracted work with E. O. Koch Construction in excess of $1.5 million dollars.
When LTi needs construction services, we actively seek out E. O. Koch Construction because of their "customer focus", adherence to quality work and cost controls.

David L. Powers, Senior Project Manager, Logis-Tech, inc.

Currently, E. O. Koch Construction Co., is completing two projects for Highlands County Fire Services. The projects consist of construction of two 5,200 square foot fire stations in separate geographical locations for different fire departments. Both projects are near completion and I am pleased to inform that both are within budget and the end product meets or exceeds expectations.
Beyond the standard criteria of what you would expect from a vendor, E. O. Koch Construction excelled on these projects in the area of communication. From the inception, E. O. Koch has kept the lines of communication open, solicited feeback and responded to concerns immediately. This was quite a feat when you consider this involved not only Fire Services but Emergency Medical Services, Volunteer Fire Department personnel, Home Owners Associations and citizens of the community. E. O. Koch Construction representatives Aaron Nadaskay; Construction Manager and Darryl Kinchen; Project Superintendent, each have done an exemplary job in making both of these projects a success.

Tim Eures; Emergency Operations Director, Highlands County Fire Services

Thanks, from the bottom of my heart for building my home. God Bless, every one of you.

E. O. Koch Construction has performed numerous construction projects for the Department of Agriculture, Florida Forest Service. The projects have largely been for site development and construction of facilities ranging from approximately $50,000 to $450,000. The last and largest project was the Sebring Forestry Station in Sebring, Florida. The scope of this project was for complete facility replacement on the existing site and it included infrastructure improvements, an administration building and an equipment shop building. In all instances, E. O. Koch Construction performed the work in a professional manner with good quality. Project coordination on all aspects of completing the work was also conducted satisfactorily. They were always very responsive and agreeable in working out all construction issues as they occurred.

We would hire E.O. Koch Construction again for performing our construction needs and highly recommend them to others in need of their services.

Tom Barnum, Construction Projects Supervisor, Florida Forest Service
