Renovation

If you've ever knocked down a wall, or replaced your kitchen cabinets, or added a room, you know that renovating your home or business can be an even greater challenge than building new, but just as rewarding. Through our years of experience, we have created a system to make the project run as smoothly as possible. As with a new home or commercial structure, we will meet with you to discuss your ideas and then make recommendations on how to meet those needs. Once we agree on the concept, we will prepare a preliminary conceptual plan, and create specifications and allowances based on your budget. Prior to construction, we will complete final drawings and review them with you. We will finalize the scope of work, including your finish choices and colors, and include it as part of your contract so that you know exactly what you will receive. We will hold a pre-construction meeting with your construction manager at the construction site to go over the project one final time and answer any remaining questions that you may have. During construction, we will conduct scheduled meetings with you, address any questions and verify that the project in on time and on budget. Upon completion, we will conduct a final walk through with you to make sure all work is to your complete satisfaction. We pride ourselves on delivering quality work while at the same time keeping with the budget that you create.
