Recent Experience

Torrey Trails Clubhouse

This gorgeous oasis located in Bowling Green includes approximately 5,500sqft of project area. The clubhouse is a block construction building with a commercial kitchen and boasts tall ceilings. The front and back porches have cedar ceilings and an outdoor kitchen for true Florida living.

Traffic Operations

Highlands County Board of County Commissioners has honored us with a contract to construct their new Traffic Operations center, which is a 10,000sqft metal building. It includes office and warehouse space, as well as a parking lot and certain security features. This project is currently just making its way out of the dirt and shall be completed around the new year.

West Apron and Employee Parking Relocation

Our experience goes beyond other general contractors as we are well-versed with airports and their rigorous security requirements. Sarasota Bradenton Airport is our biggest current contract, and it includes mostly sitework, drainage, and asphalt. This contract will span over 400 days in order to complete all 5 phases.
